Is there a "How to Draw Manga" book about drawing females at different ages?

I saw some that dwelled about "pretty gals" etc. but I really need a book about the different age stages...not the bimbo characters that are featured in some of the books. XP I have the "drawing male characters" book and that was taken more seriously than most of the how-to-girls books.

Any artists know of a book about drawing female characters with this topic covered? Please help, thanks.
