White paint or mirror inside my coldframe?

Hi there,

Does anyone know if you should put white paint or mirror inside a cold frame? I know white paint is the usual, but I have just built a wooden cold frame which is quite deep and thought that glass would be much better to reflect the light, my only thought was that it may be possible to scorch the leaves if I used mirror and also the mirror may deteriorate if it was moist all the time. Has anyone tried mirror in their wooden cold frame?
