How do i clean paint off a brush?

I like to make model planes, but still new to it, and the paint i use is for plastics and it make my brushes into really hard sticks anyway to maintain their soft furry feeling after use?

Use paint thinner. Be careful, it's flammable.

Soak them in some methylated spirits, then rinse off with water
