What do you call someone like me??

Hello, my name is Amy.I grew up in a very artistic family. my mom's side is mostly music and singing and my dads side is visual art and acting. so guess it's no surprise that i picked up alot of artistic habits.when i was young i decided to go with what i was best at first, singing(which i still like to do) and was in choirs from K-10th grade. then we moved to somewhere where they had no choir so i picked up acting, which i am head over heels in love with.there are so many things i want to do now. I've been writing down ideas for screenplays, I've got a talent for photography. I love makeing things ( jewlery and clothes among others) I wanna learn so many languages. I'm currently learning spanish but i wanna learn Korean and Japanese and Manderin, and american sign language and possibly a few other languages. I wanna travel as well.I'm kind of confused i guess because i don't know where to start and am kinda poor

You're very talented and have a bright prospect I suggest you find out what you want to major. You said you're good at acting, right? Then why not try out majoring in drama/acting?Making jewlery, clothes and knowing a variety of languages is a good asset to have but I don't think it'll be a part of your bigger plan. It sounds to me like you enjoy doing them as a hobby. If you think you can go further with your languages, maybe you should major in linguistics. Anything is good as long as you know you'll enjoy it and excel in it.Ask your dean if you can get a scholarship or something like that. Being poor doesn't mean you have to give up on your dreams. Find ways in which you can get money 'cos you'll need it if you want to go further with your skills I hope this helps ps. I'm a little different from you since I had to change from art to medical. I really wanted to do art but I headed for medical instead 'cos it seemed like my parents wanted me to do that. I'm okay with it but our family is poor too. (lol)I hope you find out what you want to do with your life I'm sure you'll succeed! Good luck!

I would designate someone like you as being extremely fortunate ) You are multi talented, multi faceted, and, undoubtedly, very bright. No need to be "confused", just do what appeals to you. And you don't "lose points" for starting a number of projects simultaneously, and working on them as you deem most amusing/interesting to you.Do not allow yourself to be repressed by the "mass mind" types -- they will try. They prefer obedient clones to the creative and spontaneous "characters". Also, don't take things "personally" vis a vis such types, and others who will attempt to stifle your "being". They just don't know any better, and are actually threatened by the "free spirit" approach to life.Always be guided by your intuition rather than your ego, if you know what i mean. Meditating, and exercising regularly helps you to be in better touch with your intuition. You might also want to look into whether you "are" an indigo or crystal, as those terms are used to designate the more artistic, etc. younger people these days. See http://www.lightworkers.org on this pointBest of luck -- always follow your "inner guidance" ))

It sounds to me like you are in danger of becoming a "jack of all trades and master of none" That is fine for enjoyment or a hobby, but if you want to become really, really good at something, you have to focus. It sounds like you are really creative, and would be great in an amateur drama group where you could perform but also help make costumes and scenery. Or you could see if there is a film and video workshop. But to make some money, you might be best to concentrate on photography and craft work which you can sell. There are a million screenplays out there and they only get seen if you know someone. And unless you have been brought up speaking several languages, you won't be good enough to use them for work. Just reading your post, I get a strong creative vibe on the visual art side - photography, craft, maybe later short film making. Look for art classes or art workshops. Go to a really good studio and see if you can volunteer. And don't try to do everything! Lots of luck!
