color problems in corel draw/photoshop?

I have 10,000 .cdr and .wmf files. I need them converted to .png files. I got a guy to do this for me with a batch process. All is well except when he runs the batch process, the colors all get slightly muted.

You can see an example by downloading a png at

row 1 is what I want the colors to look like. row 2 is what it looks like when he runs the batch.
