When you paint your life, do you use these kinds of brush strokes?

[Green Lantern]

I try to paint a picture
in rhythm and in rhyme.
Using words for a brush
I spend some lovely time.

To paint that picture of,
thoughts here in my mind.
I would love to tell you
of friends who been so kind.

And I hope that I can show
my friends how much I care.
About the many lovely hours
their stories I got to share.

I want to paint with words
the joy that's in my heart.
And writing this here poem,
makes me feel I did a part.
