Why is Drew Peterson still running loose? He is on the "Today" Show this

morning. Why isn't he in prison? This guy makes me SICK! They found his 3rd wife to be murdered, and his wife, Stacey, has been missing since October '07. Now, they just said in 30 days, he'll be able to get his property back- but not his guns- BOO HOO!
WHY IS HE OUT RUNNING LOOSE, GIVING INTERVIEWS, ETC! He is a "suspect" in Stacey's disappearance. Why does he get by with this? It makes me sick. Can anybody explain this to me?
