DR. DIRT has a spectacular aura about
, if the stepping stones have never been painted, you need to use a concrete stain, paint on concrete will wear off and will need repainting very often, stain soaks into the concrete and there fore will not wear off, it comes in many colors , any paint store , or building material carries it. if they have been painted,-- use a wire brush in a drill, to remove as much paint as possible, then apply 1 or 2 coats of the stain, all thou sealing them will make them slick, it will keep them looking fresh, you could add some sand to the sealer to keep them rough enough to walk on and not slip down when they are wet----
