| Try taking more tape and putting it on the residue, then ripping it off. It should come off with the tape. I warn you though, this might rip the paint right off the walls. Here's another idea. Get some automotive hand cleaner from the hardware store. Dab it onto the spots with residue, and wait a few minutes. Then scrub it off. Test in an unseen area first though, as it may leave a stain. EDIT: To the above, acetone may dissolve the paint. |
