Converting A picture to a pencil drawing!?

HEY so I have this picture and I want it to look like a drawing so do you know how to convert a picture to a drawings?? Please help!

print out the picture on computer paper. shade the whole back in pencil. then tape it over a sheet of drawing paper. then trace the highlights and shadows etc. or you could try graphing, which is really fun.

Photo Impression has a mode called "Sketch" that does that im sure a lot of other imaging programs do as well
