I would like to sell my handmade,hand painted,handcrafted creations and need

help getting them out there? Hi I'm an stay at home mom and a Artist. I paint, on wood that I've cut into kids favorite chacters, plaques with sayings, names and logos. I also paint on walls ( childerns murals and faux ) crochet, knit and bake. Anytime anyone sees my work or tastes my baking they aways tell me that I need to be selling my stuff in a store or online, or open my own business. Now after so many people telling me I'm finally ready to try to do something with my talent, but that's where I'm in the need of help. I'm not a sales person, even though I believe in my work , I still don't know how or where to go from here. I just feel lost . I hear stories of how people have come successful selling their work, but I still don't know where to begin or even what is the right outlet to get my work out there. Help !!!

Oh yeah I have tried ebay and wound up paying fees for listing all the stuff instead of making money.
