Joe N has a spectacular aura about
I have inhaled quite a lot of 2k/2-pack paint. what should I do?

I recently resprayed my car. When I went to buy the paint, the guy told me that he can no longer sell me cellulose paint, but he can sell me 2-Pack. He didn't mention any of the health effects this stuff has, and i've completed 1 and a half (i've stopped the second as I found out what this stuff is) full sprayjobs with the stuff.

I have inhaled quite a bit as I didn't use a mask, after doing quite a bit of painting I did feel tired and run down, ill.

What can I do? Should I just never go near the stuff again and forget about it, or go to the doctors?

I now know that you can only be legally sold this stuff if you have all the right equipment such as a spraybooth, full freshair facemask etc.

I'm absolutely sh1tting myself.

thanks
