Manga artists, how do you draw!?

I see drawings in deviantart.com and I see perfectly drawn manga/animes! They have this cute/cool poses.
How do you get to draw that!?
I've been trying to draw anime ever since I was little.
I have problems picturing a certain kind of pose in my mind when I'm drawing, it's really irritating that I just give up and just erase the body and just draw the face. [but this time I'm going to try again... hard xD]

How do you think? Draw? HOW?
Do you have any tips?
