How to export drawing to bmp?

I'm building a drawing application that draws lines and curves onto a PictureBox. How can I export that image to BMP?
I tried the Save method, but it claims that there's no image in the PictureBox.

How can I export my drawing to bmp? Can I also export to JPEG or GIF and how?
