black modern flowery wall paper at the top and white paint above the dado rail??

please hepl i need to no what black and white wallpaper underneath my dado rail and white paint above the dado rail will loook like ?????
any sugestions

Typically one papers below the rail and paints above it. If the paper contains a fair amount of white then go for painting the upper walls this color. If you want to do the reverse I suggest a bolder color for the lower portion of the walls. This will ground your wallpaper, eliminating the floating effect.

I'm a bit confused. Just my opinion...blk & white wall paper above the rail, & white paint below would look great.

I'm not sure how you want this answered without providing any pictures. It sounds like it would be pretty. Though if it were me, I'd probably put the paper on top and the white paint below.
