In uno can you put down a draw two and then the next player puts down another...

...draw two and then the third ... person picks up 4 cards?

And in the discard pile if there is a 9 and the next person has two 9's can they put down both nines?

These rules are additions to the original game. I have played with these rules before because they tend to make the game more interesting. Thy are not original Uno rules however they are rules suggested that can be added in by Uno.

Generally, according to the rules, when the "draw two" card is played, the next person in play draws.Players turn is skipped and the next in line can play the same card.play repeats itself.
On the flip side when my wife ans I play that rule is null ans we can play up to 3 "draw 2" cards in one play.
Makes the game more interesting.

On the 2 "9's" question, No the next person can not play both "9's" in a single play
