Commercial painting?

Yesterday, I went to the doctors office and i saw the most gorgeous painting EVER on the wall. I asked the receptionist if she could help me find the artist name because it Wasn't on the painting. Is there any way I could locate where the painting came from on the internet? or who should I ask the next time I go the to doctors office about where I can find the painting or artist? Thanks so much.

you will definitely have to follow the steps that this painting took in order to track its source. i would ask them who bought the painting and from there find out where the painting was purchased. once you find that out you can go on the net an browse that shop and try and find the painting that way. once you see it you can see who the artist is. if it isnt on the net or there is no shop then you would probably go to the source shop itself and ask the people there to figure out what and who painted the picture
