wine bottle dryer sheets paint can?

Foundthese things in my son's room tonight. Not sure if they are seperate or used together in some manner. I suppose he could have just drank the wine or used the bottle for smoking or huffing of some sort but the dryer sheets and the can of spray paint makes me highly suspicious.

Anyone have a thought?

Dryer sheets can be used for concealing marijuana smoke-- look for an empty toilet paper tube as well?
