manga drawing help?

well I have been drawing manga on and off for the past 5 years but I haven't gotten any better due to me not being constant with it ( I know, I know that’s bad ) but if I were to now that I’m 17 start putting a lot of effort into it I was wondering how long it would take me to become really good like a pro?
