How do I get the aluminum window frames in my house painted and re-tinted?

Hey,

I need some help with some work I need to do around my house. I need to paint the aluminum frames of the windows and sliding doors in my house. I also need to change the colour of the window tint. There is currently a light brown coloured film on the glass and I want to remove that and put in another colour.

Can someone tell me how I can go about doing all this?

1) Colouring the frames
2) Removing the flim and pasting new ones.
