er, the little boys in the public school where i live are FORCED to wear shorts... even in the winter :-( its their uniform, cute but cold. so, i wouldnt complain if i were you!

Well i my school allowed us to wear shorts, when the weather was quite hot. I think shorts are allowed in most schools due yo such hot weather. Basically special circumstances.
