What month does it usually get warmer than winter, like spring weather?

well it was snowing yesterday here in indiana. i saw a woman at the walmart store wearing these very same items......omg i about died. after we checked out and drove off we had a biggggg laugh. we meaning the teenager i had just chewed out for not wearing socks.

The answer to your question is based on your geographical location. People in South Florida wear them all year around with an exception to cold days in February.
