Has anyone heard when the weather will get warmer this year on the east coast?

I live in New Jersey, and I'm absolutely hating this cold weather (even though this winter hasn't been too bad) I'm just anxious for spring/summer, anyone hear any forecasts for the upcoming seasons? I googled it, but nothing came up, thanks!

According to the Staten Island zoo(which is not far from NJ), the groundhog predicted an early spring. So it's not far from now, may be end of March.

I suspect Spring certainly, and just read that Central NJ, had their first snow of the season this past week. Obviously Spring may not be swim weather yet, but should be decent by April.

I live in Philly and it usually starts to warm up by the end of March. It also depends on if you live close to the shore in Jersey....because of the ocean...it's always colder.
