WISCONSIN WEATHER....snow?

I live in Kenosha, Wisconsin... It is March first tomorrow and it is STILL SNOWING almost every day. The temperature is still only around 30 some degrees, daily. I can't stand it! When do you people think this weather is going to over? Last march I remember wearing tshirts outside... This year I'm going to have to wear a snowsuit!
