Weather channel wants to sue Al Gore for Alarmism over Global Warming?

so does that mean we can sue the federal government for Alarmism and false information over the Iraq War, Terrorism, Oil, and all the other lies our media feeds us? I mean, its really the same old game, cons getting upset at dems when a dem uses a con tactic - FEAR. Do they hold special rights over fear/scare tactics?
