| Wisconsin weather?
I am going on vacation to visit my brother in Oconomowoc, WI from March 12-17. Since I live in California, I'm used to pretty fair weather all year round. I have never been to Wisconsin during this time of year and so am not sure what to expect. I've looked up the forecast for that time frame, so I have a pretty good idea of what to expect in terms of temperature, but I don't know what type of cold it is there - dry cold or the bone-chilling kind? Should I bring outfits that can layer with like a regular wool coat or should I be more concerned with having an actual down jacket, snow pants, etc.
