Pole: Do you think that Colleges or Universities should cancel classes more often...

...when the weather is bad? Obviously for the schools that house 80% of their students, it wouldn't quite be an issue, so I need opinions from those who commute or know someone who commutes to school.

Also, have you noticed that that community school districts close more often? I know that they bus most of their students (while the rest drive to school). Although I've been in a bus that has busted out windows and has taken out mail boxes and road signs when it was winter (not to mention blowing tires, blowing engines, and getting stuck in dirt roads.
