I have to decide weather to have my baby with the dad or my mom?

I just found out that i am going to be having a baby. I have been dating this guy for 6 months. And now we are have a kid. The problem is that i am in skool and i have to go on leave in July. But I need to decide weather to go to my moms who raised me my whole life and the father won't be able to make it.
Or stay here with my baby daddy, and my mom won't be able to come. ( she can't drive in the cities ). There are so many things I have to do and this is not something I need to worry about but I am. I want both or them there. but here won't be able to make it up there in time. My mom lives 100 miles away from the cities. So it makes me think.
Does anyone have any advise for me?

when i said i have to decide i meet on where i was going to have it. who is going to be there in delivery. they are both important, but i can't have them both. i have to go on maternity leave in july and i either have to move in with him or go home for the 3 months and then come back. we are going to be together. no matter what. but which one to go stay with?
