when will the weather be warmer?!?

ok so i live NEAR chicago and its still pretty cold. not freezing but like 35 or 40 degrees. i looked at the weather and it said tomorrow its supposed to snow but REALLY light. when will the spring weather kick in? im in middle school and spring break is in about 2 weeks and all i can think about is what will the weather be like? im just goingt o wisconsin dells so its not like im going to florida where i know it will be warm. i want to be able to wear my new spring clothes. i know none of you can see into the future and tell me the weather but when do you guys THINK the weather will be getting warmer. at least 55 or 60 degrees! <3
