Help me? I am feeling under the weather today...?

This morning when I got up I didn't feel right. It's that feeling you get when the flu is coming on. My arms feel kind of sore and I felt really cold and shivering. My throat feels dryish. Usually when this happens I get worse, with a sore throat, cold and flu. I don't want to get that way this time. What can I do to stop it from progressing? I can't take any pills.
