Is running in the cold weather bad for you?

I have heard that it is but I don't really buy it. Hear in the northern part of the usa it is cold from november thru april.
By cold I mean below 30degrees Fahrenheit.
I think you cold just layer up with like running tights or dance tights under your pants and under armor long sleeve stuff under your coat and t-shirt. Hat and gloves of course too.

I have also heard it is bad for dancers to run, mmm why?

yes i agree with you, you must definitily cowboy up and get out they're and run, that is the only way you will progress, and as for the dancers they're just a bunch of fag gots
that cant run=] so its a excuse for them lol
but yeah, good question.

its not bad for you, but you loose way more calories running when its cold out then when its warm out
