does weather cause colds/flu ??

i've been sick for the past 4 1/2 days. It started sunday, I started to feel a little bit of coldchills & a slight cough in the evening. I called my b/f at work & told him to bring some tylenol fever medicine. By the time he got home, my temp was at 102 Degrees.
I took the pills as prescribed. By the time monday morning came, I was feeling great & my temp was Going down. So I picked my step daughter up from school at 3 pm, & by 6pm, my temp went back up In the 100s. I felt miserable again. ( i walk 3 blocks in the cold to pick her up )

to cut this short, everyday since then My temps will go down in the morning & rise again when I would go outside either to check the mail, go pick her up from school or take the dog out.
I take every precaution. wash hands, wash blankets, wash thermometer, etc. I just cannot fight this.

I know that Germs make us sick BUT... can being in cold weather prevent u from fighting off a virus or slow down the process? Y does my temp keep goin UP N DOWN?
