how bad is the weather in sorsogon and camarines sur now? heard it's

been raining non stop? my friends and i plan to go whale shark watching in sorsogon and wakeboarding in CWC. will it be useless to go all the way to sorsogon/camsur area during holy week because of the bad weather?
