Can I hang clothes out to dry in 50 degree sunny weather?

my dryer broke and I have no more clean clothes. I've never done this before so how long should I keep them outside, is there a good height, will they still dry in cold weather? etc.

We dry our clothes outside alot. espescially on sunny days. Our clothesline is just tall enough off the ground to hold our clothes up, and it does the job, so i dont think the height matters too much. we dry them outside cooler days also, but it is much slower.

I use to hang clothes out in that kinda weather and it is fine as long as you are not raining. take longer to dry then hot weather.
