| Cold weather and exercise? Its pretty cold outside, but I was in the mood and thought I'd go for a quick bike ride. I'm working out, so I was riding pretty fast. But every time its cold outside, and I go running, or biking, I can't breathe. I am perfectly fine in the spring/summer. Its the cold that does it. But what is it? It feels like my lungs are closing, and I start coughing up phlegm that tastes bloody. This only happens once in a while when I exercise in the cold. Anyone know what it is?      |
