what's the weather like in paris and london in late june early july?

i'm going to paris and london in late june and early july and i just want to know what the weather is like.

In London it could be nice and warm - say 22 c. / 80 or could be raining... Last summer the weather was awful. It rained all the time... but the summer before was hot and dry. London even had a drought order that year. Not 100% about Paris... but pretty similar. Best to bring a few things you can layer plus a lightweight jacket
