cheapest accomodation? where are the gondolas rides? anything else for us to know in your opinion? thanks!

Just like anywhere else in the Northern Hemisphere, the hottest time in Italy is between the beginning of June and the end of August.

Gondola rides are only in Venice.

Cheap accomodation? I don't know of any. I understand everything in Italy has gone up as it has pretty much everywhere, in recent years. Cheap bargains are difficult to come by.
