Blackberry Pearl weather service for pay as you go phone?

I have a T-Mobile pay as you go (meaning that I can't access the internet) Blackberry Pearl. Is there any weather software that will work with my phone, or do they all require you to be able to load web pages? I'm not quite sure how the plan works, so I don't know if the fact that I can't load web pages on my phone means that I can't use a program that accesses the internet. Thanks in advance for any help.
