I've worn less in 28. But the main question arises...can you handle it? Everyone's cold tolerance is different. If you can handle it, that's all you need to know. Just don't complain about it afterward.

yeah!!! it's way to cold, but i live in a very hot climate so i'm not used to the cold. why don't you add a white turtle neck undernieth it. or you could put a cartigan over it. i made you two outfits, just go under sets and look at the two outfits so you'll know what i mean. then click edit on each of them
