| Zoology help? I can't fiind thesseee. How does a shark detect potential prey or distinguish it from floating non-living debris? How do we determine the age of a fish from its scales? What do the rings on the scales represent? Technically a teleost fish has a four-chambered heart. Yet this is not the same as the four-chambered heart of a bird or mammal. Compare and contrast these two. Explain why some fish die if they are prevented from continuously swimming forward.      |
