zoology questions?

ive got a few questions.
what are the pros and cons of being a zoologist?
what would a zoologist or wildlife biologist actually do on a day to day to day basis?
if i was a zoologist would i be able to do much traveling for work?
and how should i decide on what sub categories of zoology i should choose? im interested mainly in reptiles and mammal predators if that helps.

i used to want to be a zoologist. i can tell you it's not going to be as adventurous as it seems, but if you are truly interested in animals then you should pursue the career and find more about from a first-hand source and do some research. good luck!
